Q1: How to realize 1000M connection?

The connected router and cable should be able to support 1000M Ethernet.

Q2: How to wake up the Bluetooth voice assistant of the remote control?

1. Android 14 TV Box will automatically connect to the remote control when it starts. After connecting, click the Bluetooth voice assistant button to wake up, then long press to speak, and release it to operate according to the voice content.

2. If there is no connection, you can manually make a Bluetooth connection in the settings, or connect in the following method：

Approach the device, press the voice button. When the pairing page appears on the screen, press and hold the ‘LEFT’ and ‘RIGHT’ buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Release the buttons once the remote control’s indicator light starts flashing, then wait for automatic pairing.

Q3: Why doesn’t the TV box respond when I use the TV remote control to turn it on or adjust its volume?

1. The two remotes cannot be used simultaneously. After turning on the TV with the TV remote, operate the TV and the box separately using their respective remotes.

2. If the TV box remote can’t control the box, it might be due to the CEC function being enabled. Try turning off the CEC of the TV box and then operate it again.

Q4: Why can’t the hard disk be detected after plugging it in?

The current of this adapter has reached its limit and it cannot supply power to the hard disk. It is recommended that you choose a hard disk with independent power supply.
